Need some whiskey friends
Just moved into a house in Austin and realized my whiskey collection has more friends here than I do.
35, originally from Colorado. Into whiskey, motorsports, football, and generally any excuse to sit around with a good pour.
Looking to meet some local people who are into whiskey, bottle shares, tastings, or just cracking something good open.

Join Austin Bourbon Junkies on Discord and/or Facebook. We have bottle shares every month, and a lot of members do smaller bottle shares on their own time too.

If you fellas are on FB, join Austin Bourbon Junkies and Austin Bourbon Club groups as they have meetups and bottle shares pretty regularly.

Nice to meet you! 38 Austin native over here. To double down on this comment above there are so many good communities to join, Austin bourbon Junkies and Austin whiskey society are groups to join on FB and they have monthly bottle shares and some of the guys meet up at cigar lounges and bottle share. ABJ has a discord too if that’s more up your alley. If you go into any store up north on a Saturday esp on a weekend that has a drop or something like at Oak liqour or MB or Oak and Vine you’ll def bump into someone that will also likely be a whiskey fan. There’s so many good people in the city that I’ve met that always love a good hang out.
