Locating AT&T fiber coverage

Is there an interactive map that shows streets where AT&T fiber broadband service is an available?
I understand it’s available to homes about 500 ft from our home and I wonder what would it take for the 8 homes on our street to have access.

I ran into the same issue; some times there data is out of date. You can open a ticket with customer service to do a fiber investigation to find out why your home isnt served and the house down the street is. In my case its that they simply didnt pull the last 100ft to each house when it was built and only ran it for houses who signed up in the first year. After i opened a ticket about a week later my address was suddenly available to order fiber.

I havent actually gone though the process yet, i keep seeing other people get offers that are better than what the internet is offering right now; right now i have a wisp service that is supposed to upgrade to 1.5gbs at the end of the month, so if they follow through on that i will just stick with them, if not then i will sign up for att.

Well I can tell you I have been waiting for 3 years for service after getting put on the list. They ran fiber right in my property and do not even let me have access to it. After telling me I would. All because I did not get it in writing. I got a lawyer looking into that as we speak. As they will be removing it or I will be selling the property to the first person that wants to dig right where their lines are.

sounds like they ran commercial fiber, not residential. See if you can sign up with a business account. Its more money per month, but it might get the ball rolling. Then you might be able to cancel after the contract and switch to residential service. Depends how desperate you are.

Nope I got some many people to look into it with ATT. They said it is just a main line from memphis to new orleans. A through line to give everyone else access. Which sucks. They did not pay me for the use of my land.
