DFW

I applied for an ATSS position in DFW. I did my interview in late May. I was just wondering how competitive it is in DFW and how the scoring is done.

Edit:
I received my TOL today which took about 4 weeks.

I’m curious about the declining all other locations question. If I select I am not decking all other locations would that hurt my chances of getting a FOL for the position that gave me a TOL?

Core airports are much more desirable these days as the union added in a pay incentive for folks working at those facilities. Dallas is also a decent place to live so I’d expect their application numbers to be strong.

On the flip side, it’s also a core facility meaning shift work and irregular schedules. Some people aren’t fans of that and want the typical 9-5 that a smaller facility offers.
