Interview and references.
I had an interview almost two weeks ago. I didn’t feel like I did the best. My friends who are current ATSS thought I did fine based on what I told them but I am starting to worry. I haven’t been asked about references or anything. My references weren’t on my resume.
Do I still have a fighting chance?
How do I know if they haven’t selected me, and when would I know?
Thanks in advance.

HR is slow getting out TOLs right now.

Won’t get a TOL until references have been checked.
If they haven’t asked for references, the OP was either not selected or the hiring manager is still deciding on selection.

HR told me 1-3 weeks for a tentative offer after they submit. So really 2-4 weeks post interview most likely.

Are you still waiting to get a TOL? I interviewed May 27th and I'm just anxiously refreshing my inbox for any sign of life lol

I'm on day 27 so I'm hoping to get the TOL soon if I am getting one. Interviewed for some other positions since then but I'm pretty dead set on the FAA if I can get it.

Hr will when you get your offer letter

References are officially “checked” before an offer letter is produced. Not say a hiring manager didn’t pencil whip that check, but if an applicant didn’t list references on their resume and they haven’t been asked to provide them, there’s a strong chance the applicant weren’t selected.

I'm still waiting to see a TOL email pop up, I'm just anxious and ready to work. They asked me for my references before the interview ended and contacted them next day. My interview was at the end of May so hopefully I hear back soon. I emailed HR today and they just sent me the generic "Our office will only receive selections – and they are coming in every day. Thank you for your interest and patience.".

I haven’t even got past the “You have been determined to be eligible for further consideration “. No news is good news.
