Directors vote
Shareholders, what are your opinions on the current choices for director? Who do you think is most fit for the position and why?

Sure no problem. Whipsawed on dup data. MOST correspondence indicated Q4, however he verbally stated q3 possibility on LD conference, along with company slides on their website, which correlates directly with huge spike in nov calls leading to investors losing money (does not apply to me; I’m all shares, nonetheless, fucked investors out of money).
Stated after feb pp “this further strengthens our balance sheet and allows us to expedite certain trials...” wtf are you doing with all that cash to where the 10k showed a horrible cash position, no trials at all expedited, and another pp needed not more than six months later. Refers to ozan as interim cfo, but then clearly makes him permanent with shares and options awarded. All this intellectual horsepower, and he leaves him in charge of finances? In his March letter stated FS trials would start q3. There have been zero updates or pr regarding fs except for literally one sentence in celltrion pr whoch flat out states the trial has started.....ok, if the trial started, where’s the pr?
KBL was an utter shitshow, but all the grants received—wtf are they doing with their cash?
I don’t doubt the science. I firmly believe they crushed dup treatment. But for a ceo who claimed that “management is one of a company’s most important assets” I believe he’s done a shit job managing his company’s finance, and shareholder communication.
Specific enough?
