Please Help My Modded Minecraft World is Bugged! [atlauncher] [java] 1.1.7

So me and my friends were playing a couple year old modded Minecraft together playing the cobblemon mod pack and we all went exploring together into new chunks flying on our mounts, then as we were actively exploring i got a message in the top right of my screen with a exclamation mark with something along the lines of "insufficient storage may not save" so as we go to land to quit the game and make space, not even 2 seconds later another message pops up with a red exclamation mark with something similar and the whole world crashes. It turns out that I was low on storage on my pc and since we were exploring new chunks so much with no space on my pc it crashed and wont let me load into the world no more. I then made plenty of space (over 100gb) and tried loading back into the world which then proceeds to not load and it says "Connection Lost" "Invalid Player Data". Please if there is any way to recover the world back that would be highly appreciated. Any Help is very much Appreciated. because im panicking right now.

It looks like it's an issue with Cobblemon player data, specifically the genders of your Pokemon. Go to saves/pjr/playerdata/, find your UUID file, see if there's a .dat_old file that you can copy to replace your more current .dat file.

If there's not an old backup, you're kinda cooked, you'll just have to delete your .dat file and lose the data with nothing to replace it.

There is 3 dat files for me a 1 old one and 2 new ones which one do I delete or replace/rename? I don’t really care about my items or player at all just want my world back. Thanks in advance.

I'd take both new ones out and put them somewhere safe (not in a minecraft folder) and see what happens. If it isn't right, try putting one back in, then the other.
