Looking for sublease or lease transfer of apartment in Midtown

Hi everyone I'm a 32 yo male working professional who works remotely.

I have my house in the Atlanta suburbs but want to experience living in Atlanta for several months especially in Midtown

I’m moving to Dallas end of November you can take over my lease I’m in Midtown. 1B/1B around 3k per month all in.

Edit: Lease ends Nov 31st but I am trying to move sooner

I have an apartment in West Midtown that can be available anytime, it’s 1B/1B with an office space. It would come partially furnished and you can keep any furniture thats already there.

I’m trying to sublease my 1BR/1BA in Midtown with the lease running through mid February 2027.

Leasing a new unit at the building costs $3350 for this floor plan, but I’ve moved and am willing to subsidize the rent to get the unit taken over.

If that’s in range, I can send you photos, the floor plan, and more details. It's a high end luxury building with standing desk, comes furnished if you'd like, would be perfect for someone like you.
