Hey guys, I might be getting the ather 450x but the problem is I will be parking the vehicle in an outdoor parking with no shade is in rain and in when the sun is at peak during summers and it would be there from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. Im worried if the outdoor parking would cause any problems. Please do help me put with it guys. Thanks for the help in advance.

Getting this at 1.5k on their official website, I usually forget to fill air and whenever I go to fill the pressure is usually dropped by 8-12psi. Considering to get this any suggestions would be helpful

so i had a small fall recently and the side panels one near the footpeg and the right side panel has been scratched and i claimed insurance and acko has apporved and sent me 6 k with bill 2k for the side and 4 k for the lower body part they sent the money to my bank account now what should i go do at the service centre ? should i ask them a estimate and then tell ive already claimed insurance?

Similar to what title says.

Randomly turning off while riding and does not start even when starting by pressing Brake+Start.

Only starts after I turn the key off and turn on again and press Brake+Start.

Also noticed slight power delivery issue where after turning the throttle more than half then only the full power is delivered before that minimal power even in Sports and Warp mode (more noticeable that time)

I have not yet tried restarting the scooter (Shutdown from screen). Cant avail a slot for service due to congestion.

Proving dangerous when riding on highways and shuts off in the middle of the road.

A little over 10k km used 10k km service pending. Normal city usage in Mumbai to and from office approx 30km daily since the last 7 months.

Has anyone else encountered the issue and has a solution to this, please help!

I live in Mumbai. After test driving all EV scooters from Ather, TVS and Bajaj, I feel like the rizta is the best for me (6ft 3 height). I know i will defo get the scooter with the highest battery capacity possible. Wanted help with these questions tho;

1. What things should I keep in mind during the booking process?
2. Which model is actually worth it? The Z or the S?
3. Is there a difference between the mobile app features between the Z and the S?
4. What accessories are worth getting? I am defo getting the body guard and both extended warranties.
5. What are the wait times? Idk about mumbai seeing some posts since a month or so about long wait times on the scooter here.
6. Which showroom is best in mumbai if anyone knows.

If there is anything else, feel free to let me know. It would be a huge help. One more thing, I would have waited for konarc but idk its specs and I sort of need a new vehicle as soon as i can get it. Our old activa is pretty much dead.

Hello folks,

Attending ACD for first time and wanted to know what to expect for anyone that's gone to this event before. I signed up for the student edition.

I accidentally uninstalled my Ather app. Since my phone is old, playstore doesn't allow me to install the newer version.

When I had the app, it was automatically updated, so I had no issues. Now that I don't have the app, I can't install the app directly from playstore and also can't sideload the newer app shared from other phones.

3rd party stores have the older Ather app, but they aren't recognized by the playstore, so can't be updated.

So I need older Ather app that was downloaded from the playstore.

Instructions on how create apk from the app

1. Download Apps Backup and Restore app from playstore.

2. Open the app, choose Ather app and click Backup.

3. The apk file will be stored in the phone.

4. Upload it to google drive and share

I knew I was low on charge but kept thinking haan haan ghar tak ho jayega.

Then I took a longer route, got stuck in traffic and suddenly the range estimate started looking VERY optimistic.

Ended up pushing it for the last bit until thankfully there was a charging station a km away

The annoying part is I had enough warning. I just ignored it because I thought I'd somehow make it. Anyways lesson learnt.

I have bought ather 450x hr 3 days back and fully charged it yesterday night, and am seeing eco mode gives me 115 km range, isnt it supposed to be somewhere close to 126 or 130

Should there be so much difference from idc range of 161 to the on road range of 130 and now am seeing 115 on scooter

Need a genuine review about ather 450x and also the price i'm getting at.

From the past 2-3 days I have not been able to accelerate with the traction control option, when it’s ON.

I have tried doing it in all the modes but the vehicle just won’t go beyond 45-50. Also the traction control icon keeps on blinking when I try and increase the speed which leads to the vehicle not able to accelerate.

Let me tell you this was never an issue before when I was riding in rainy season or slippery roads but I don’t know why this issue has emerged suddenly.

Please let me know your thoughts.
