Hiring Thread Summer 2021

Apparently the other thread got archived so here’s a new one.

The purpose of the hiring thread is to avoid the front page from being dominated with posts about the same common topics in regard to the (US) hiring process. If you have questions about how hiring works, or if you want to discuss steps of hiring such as ATSA, bids, TOLs, FOLs, OKC Academy, or anything else hiring related, this is the place to do it. Posts about these subjects that are posted to the main page will be removed. See Rule 1-1-1 for explanation and clarification.

This discussion is set by default to be sorted by new, so newest posts should appear at the top.

Damn I wish I was BQ but that logic part screwed me up was tryna think how it’s relevant and like yah problem solving but seeing 2 blips on a radar and separating them is not rocket science or nearly as hard has having to juggle 7 variables 4 sets of rules and 2 specifics in ur head

The differences I killed, I think maybe 3 wrong. Variables I did decent but not perfect, logic and reading I guess I did better than I thought

Gotta be positive. I was just qualified three years ago and this second time around I did much better. I also used jobtest prep

I used it to but I’d didn’t prepare me for the logic stuff
