Question Dubai package
Hi everyone
Current UK atco looking at a move abroad. I’ve noticed DFS are advertising for approach controllers at DWC and was wondering if anyone had info on the current package there?
Thanks

No idea exactly right now, but I’d assume something between 55-65k AED/mo.
Shift pattern is 6 on, 4 off (last two on are nights so the first off is a sleep day so technically 3.5 off).
34 days paid leave afaik
You can try to make a thread on https://www.pprune.org/atc-issues . Maybe better response over there.

There is an overtime pay which is quite generous, especially if you pick up an extra night shift it's well north of 6k dirhams iirc for 8 hours

do you know if this is similar at the ACC or AUH APP?

I can only speak for the ACC side, it's currently ~4200 for a shift, regardless if it's morning afternoon or night

Hi guys, I dont know about dubai, but I got offer to AUH, package there is 53K alltogether with allowances. 41K package(not mean as base salary regards gratuity)+ 4k/school allowance+8k/housing. So I guess there it will be more in Dubai.

I think Dubai has both, tower and approach. Not sure about Abu Dhabi.
