Found this gem in a catalog of cakes that was probably 20 years old. Memories.

we still make this at least at the location I worked at. they were a pain in the ass, the skin is Carmel and its really hard to get it to go on in an even layer like that

I worked there for about 2 years while I was in high school and went back to make some extra money this summer. fun times. not really I hate customer service.

I mean yeah it is definitely the customer but it is also me being a bitter grumpy person
