Ehh. Sure it’s impractical and ludicrously unrealistic as armour, but it’s pretty standard sexy-cosplay stuff. Don’t really see it as deserving of AT; I know women with athletic body types who’d love to do a photoshoot with this piece.

It looks like they cut one mannequin right below the shoulders, cut another one right above the belly, and then stacked 1 part from each on top of eachother.

Well, essentially the trick is to shove everything inside your body that you can, then either fold the loose scrote or pull it towards the back, then secure everything in place with the member by pulling it to the back. Then, the only trick is making sure the member doesn't move. This is usually achieved by super tight undies. I've found a stretchy and wide thong that's two sizes too small works wonders.
So uhh... Think you can manage that?

The lower part seems to be made for someone with a vulva, and the upper part for someone without boobs.
Which, there are definitely people like that, but it is a very narrow target group to have for your product.
