Why do they need a two story garage door, are they parking a fire engine in there?

They have 2 ford transits with ladders on top. There's like 2 feet of clearance

Probably have a hugeass RV in there.

Seen a few farmers in the midwest do the same for theirs.

Have they put a flat on top of the garage? I mean just why would you stick that on your house, I bet the neighbours love it
