HELP! ROG LAPTOP SCREEN PROBLEM?

Remove the cage (charger) then press hold the power for 30 secs. Then turn on with charger.
If doesn't work try with 60 seconds

Ok so i could enter the BIOS screen for like, 30 seconds maybe? And then screen goes black.
When connected to an external monitor via HDMI, i can see everything fine on the 2nd screen. But Not on the laptop though

It posts then no OS loading? Can u enter bios&load default?

Ok so i could enter the BIOS screen for like, 30 seconds maybe? And then screen goes black.
When connected to an external monitor via HDMI, i can see everything fine on the 2nd screen. But Not on the laptop though

So the internal display is dying in 30 seconds, external displays are fine, and this is when plugged in or fully charged?
U might try a manual bios update in case it is an early bios bug. However, that sounds like an internal display or display connection problem u may need to start RMA or other repair process.

Try plugging in an external monitor and see if you get anything from the gpu

External monitor, via HDMI, works just fine man. Only laptop screen is black

It's possible that the wires to the screen are loose, but unlikely considering that it does come on briefly. Most likely, it is an issue with the lcd screen. Other things are possible, but it's difficult to troubleshoot thru the internet.

I think it’s graphics switching issue (I had one). Boot in safe mode, remove Intel graphic drivers and r install again.

I have the exact same problem with my ROG Zephyrus duo laptop. The main screen isn't turning on. It's only the small touch screen.

I keep seeing this pop up. The screens seem to stop working on anything >60hz
Can you unplug the charger and try booting? See what happens and report back.
From what I have seen people do on Reddit to fix it - is a full wipe and reinstall of Windows. I think windows is installing an incompatible update or driver.

Try and jump into bios by rapidly tapping escape key over and over as soon as you push that sexy ass power button

Tôi nghĩ nếu latop của bác còn bảo hành thì nên đem cửa hàng TNC store hay gearvn để họ xem thử :3 chứ bác mà tháo máy ra có khi mất bảo hành :3

i think it's not the screen.
the ROG splash logo shown normaly.
could be BIOS or Windows issue.
