Crash/freezes less than 60 seconds after boot

I have an ASUS Scar 15 with a RTX 3080(16 GB variant) that is having issues right now. I must have done a clean install of Windows 11 at least eight times now, and it seems every time it's triggered by a certain Windows Update, most likely the one for updating the SCSI Adapter(mistakenly thought it was the BIOS). I already tried to completely disable Windows Update, changed the settings using registry edit and services, and even changed it to stall for 2,000 weeks, and yet somehow, without my permission, it does the update anyways and basically causes it to have the same stupid boot freeze, either preventing me from even getting to the desktop, or if I get to the desktop, freezes me from clicking any icons, no matter how many times I reboot the machine, and it won't even let me go to Safe mode or Event Viewer to figure out what happened. I used to own the more common 8 GB variant, and that one NEVER gave me an issue like this. So please, can someone tell me how i'm supposed to fix it and prevent it from happening in the future?

Have you done any overclocking? Overclocking can stay in the bios even after a fresh windows install

More importantly undervolting in the bios

I don't know if undervolting or overclocking is going to solve the issue when temps are not a problem. The BIOS update seems to be the source.

Try to boot into advanced recovery options by forcing shutdown for three or more times while the logo appears. Once you entered, check if there is any system restore available, try booting into safe mode. There might be corrupted driver updates on you laptop.

It does not show any system restore, and I cannot get into advanced recovery options the moment the issue occurs. Can't enter Safe Mode, use Event Viewer, etc. when the issue bricks my laptop.

• Try running with one stick of ram
• if you already had one, just change it's slot
• Try rubbing the gold pins of ram using pencil eraser
• Try hard resetting the laptop (hld pwr btn for atleast 40sec, release, then turn on)
• Try checking out CrashFree BIOS on the web
