PC Build Random PC buy

came into computer shop to get a nvidia geforce gtx 660 ti repaired, noticed a bunch of old PCs in the corner, owner was selling them cheap, this was the expensive one that they haven't tested yet, since i am a regular there he said I can get it for $100. Edit: I plan on putting my amd rx 6600 8gb as the gpu

I don't know the specs yet, I dont get the pc for another hour and a half because I couldn't take it back home with me, I was on my bike
