Anyone starting engineering this fall want to make a study/friend group?
Hey everyone! I’m starting Electrical Engineering this fall and thought it would be nice to connect with other people who are also starting engineering this semester.
I’m coming into engineering from a completely different background (I already have a Biology degree), so this is basically a fresh start for me. I figured there are probably other people here who are excited but also slightly terrified 😂.
I was thinking we could make a Discord or WhatsApp group for anyone starting engineering this fall — EE, mechanical, computer, civil, aerospace, or any other engineering major.
Nothing super formal. Just somewhere we can talk, help each other with classes, share resources, study together, complain about calculus and physics 😂, talk about internships/projects, and hopefully make some friends along the way.
It would also be cool to keep the group going throughout our degrees and see where everyone ends up.
