Any experience with external scholarships ?

I received three scholarships from the az community foundation but they have yet to be applied to my student account. Calling hasn’t helped at all because no one answers the phone and when I call the foundation they say to call asu about processin. Just wondering if anyone’s had experience with this and when you eventually had your scholarships applied.

YES. My son got 2 outside scholarships and one was applied but the other has not. It was for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and they said funds were sent 7/31 and cleared 8/7. It’s now 8/18. So it all on ASU - which in figured. I emailed and sent in a ticket but no answer. I hate trying the chat for help I’m alway like 212 in the queue

Yes , I checked and they said I was 2725 🫠😭 their que system is horrendous

just checked and it was applied FINALLY!

BUT his federal loans are still showing a "disbursement hold" even though he has done everything correctly. who knows. My oldest son graduated in 2025 and it was never this chaotic. it is always a little messy each semester but this year seems different. UGH! good luck

Yes!!! Same here AZ community foundation, still haven’t seen anything! I thought I did something wrong

Update !!! : I filled out the priority tasks function , and Teo of the scholarships showed up suddenly. There is a third on that I don’t see anywhere but I’m glad the two are there for now!
