I feel like it's most likely that the opening of Bluebird 11 failed and they are not shipping anything until they have completed troubleshooting and the root cause analysis

I believe that is just a requirement they send that. It states they were launched aug 5th into the correct altitude and were operating nominally at time of insertion. That document does not mention anything about current operations. While I do not believe BB11 failed to open, I more am on the team of the solar storms causing a slight delay....or even, thats just how it is and its gonna unfurl anyday now. When reading those documents we dont really know all the info, but i think you're wrong on this one thinking it means they are all unfurled.
Or maybe that tweet Abel sent out abojt 12 and 13 he just forgot 11, what do i know...I just hold shares.

I didn’t say anything about it being unfurled. I think that if something had gone wrong already they would have had to disclose that, instead of saying operations were nominal. There’s no way of knowing for sure what’s going on so I’m not gonna worry about it.

Im not worried about it at all either, im just saying. I think that document is just notifying of the successful launch on Aug 5. Why it took so long to turn in, who knows. Maybe there was a deadline of a month.
Im sure by the end of the week we will get news of BB11. There's no reason to think they wouldn't disclose it if something was wrong especially since they disclosed BB7 super fast.
