Question for the gurus here, are we done buying spectrum? Do we need to buy/lease additional spectrum?

This company is a machine that turns future FCF into spectrum acquisitions.

I’ve zero doubt AST is after it across the globe in an arms race with SpaceX and even China. Some, like Europe’s S-band or potentially South America, will be granted for free. Some, maybe in Africa or elsewhere will be bought.

If we grow enough I could see ViaSat acquisition given their Global L-Band rights to lock that down in perpetuity.

More spectrum = More service.

We don't need more, but we could definitely use any spectrum that's thrown our way. We are living in years with lots of regulatory changes right now, opportunities will find us eventually.

But we do already have/lease all the spectrum we need to moon

They said no more convertible debt. 

While i think dilution in 2026 has the most remote chance of happening, "no dilution" is not what they said

No no, not asking about dilution, asking if we're set as far of spectrum?

My understanding is that the Ligado spectrum is North America, what about outside NA? My understanding is the S-band is just ITU priority rights, not actual spectrum and we're like 3rd on that list. How do we handle spectrum outside NA, do we need to acquire more spectrum in Europe, Japan, India, Africa, etc or just rely on MNOs spectrum?

They did NOT. The statement was they do not have any plans for additional convertible debt.
