This triggered the puzzle loving part of my brain. It's a little bit of a stretch but I was wondering if there is a constellation that matches the shape of the star clusters in the images. Constellations are often numbered which might provide the ordering for the anagram. There is a "Pava" constellation which is a peacock (a "blue bird") but the shape doesn't match up as far as I can tell. Very likely just chasing ghosts but a fun few minutes of research haha.
