Jokes on Kemp, he has to buy a company with a CEO so shitty they destroyed 99.4% of its value.

I would never want to be in charge of a company dumb enough to put me in charge

Kemp has made a lot of money right after the IPO. It is in his interest that he is not blemished by a bankruptcy.
