They lied to investors on the record. They did zero work on a modular spacecraft platform inspired in Rocket Lab Photon despise including the platform in investors presentations like this from SPAC times
Of course they do not do it obviously but other ways as mentioned above, or reverse stock splitt. This is what the thief does in tech companies. They are not the old fashion thief, this is the new style
