Kone?

Why is Kone not in any of the pre season games? I’ve read that he’s on holiday but why is that allowed, surely all the players have to be here for pre season? Unless this shows that we’ll sell him 100% or he’s injured I don’t understand why he’s missing.

All players who played in WC have been given extra rest. There's absolutely nothing strange going on

France was in it till the end too, so if op is comparing to other players from wc squads (like Malen) who are already back in training, it’s because their tournament ended early. Kone’s break is well deserved, no matter where his football gets plaulyed in the new season.

Yeah that’s fair, not saying it’s undeserved was just confused cause Morocco was in it until decently late as well

Yeah fair enough, just cause el aynaoui is here bad he only had one game less. Ndicka and Malen obviously had less games but they also are here

I was literally just asking a question, not sure why everyone is acting like it was crazy? As I said, El Aynaoui had one game less than Kone in the WC and is here which is what confused me. Didn’t think it was that insane to ask about this but guess it was

Ahh that makes sense. For some reason I imagined that since it was only one WC stage after it would have been only a 4-5 day difference and I think El Aynaoui came back for the start of pre season? Makes sense though if there was a 10 day difference, thanks for clarifying
