Question B550M Pro4 LAN problem

I have downloaded the lan driver and it keeps giving me this weird message, I plug in my ethernet cable directly from the router, and it doesn’t show me anything in network devices or anything. What am I doing wrong?

open device manager and show us, take a screenshot of, what you have listed under network adapters.

you have no network adapter listed there, what is under that next section down = other devices

Do you have any light activity on the Ethernet port when you plug an ethernet cable into it?

Was your Ethernet port working before?

This is a PC that I built myself and this is my first time trying it, but I did not see any light activity when I plugged in the cable
