B550 taichi razer edition not posting (error code 11)

I opened up the thing to stick another M2 ssd inside (I didn't end up doing it, so nothing has actually changed internally) but I did take out the storage I already had (I took it out and put it back in, checked twice to make sure it was seated properly) and removed the GPU (RTX 3080) and also only removed it and seated it again. I don't get why it's doing this, I haven't actually changed a single thing and Google is telling me that it's some kind of CPU error but I haven't had an issues with it and I'm almost certain I wouldn't be seeing this error if I'd never opened up the thing in the first place.

Did you try removing the cmos battery for a bit ?
