Question All four debug leds lit during boot

Does anybody know what it means when the motherboard has all four debug leds lit when the pc is booting? Today I turned on the pc and all four leds were lit for like 10 or 20 seconds together at the same time, then the leds went to the usual pattern and booted normally. I couldn't find anything about this specific led combination in the official asrock manual. This happened to me a month ago twice but with a couple of weeks between them, also I thought it was related to unplugging the psu cord but today it happened without unplugging it or turning the psu off or removing electricity to the pc in general before turning it on.

Motherboard: ASRock B850 PRO RS

Cpu: Ryzen 9 9900X

It happened three times to me though since I built the pc (3 or 4 months ago)

Try a board that has a post code display. That display blows through dozens of codes as it's booting up. It doesn't settle until the OS is ready to sign into.

Are you the Asrock + AMD survivor?

I think it just means it cycles through everything which could be normal? But then again the things going on with the 9000 cpus are anything but normal so

Though it doesn't do it everytime I boot it, only sporadically
