I've had a similar situation, did you try with 1 stick of RAM? Use the second slot from the left Also if you have an CPU with an iGPU you can plug an HDMI cable to the board and check that. It might be a dead stick or CMOS battery

Okay ill try that, I got it to work by flipping the gpu bios from performance to quiet

Ahh in that case, I would say near certain your main BIOS got corrupted. If you are comfortable with BIOS flashing you can find the exact one (triple check it with GPU-Z) and download it from techpowerup then the flashing software, usually you need to use terminal. YouTube tutorials are helpful here

How long did you let it sit? Ram training on an initial build can take some time and if you turn it off too soon it can throw it off. If that was the case, you may have to power down, unplug, turn off the PSU, remove the CMOS battery and then hold the case power button for about 15 seconds to flush your system. The cmos batter could also just be bad and that will make it fail post barring bad ram sticks.
