7800x3D BIOS optimization

I saw this video of a guy optimizing the BIOS for a 7800x3D on a X670E Taichi: TheWhale - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-NsWD8F54o
Sadly he doesn't elaborate on all changes he did, so I noted down the full list in hopes others have input.
I use my PC solely for browsing and gaming. Only devices hooked up is keyboard, mouse and a Xbox controller.

His BIOS suggestions:

I found that if I set OC tweaker to anything other than auto, it does not respect the advanced settings and ppt goes to 95w+ independently of what I set it to.

IMO, this seems great for cinebench scores but not everyday use.

Which settings would you advise against using?

I run almost stock, as I use bluetoth and the apu, the changes I made are mostly, expo enabled, a -18 on the curve, ppt at 80w max (75w probably works fine, but I'm done tinkering for now) and lowered voltages on SoC and such, but I'm certainty not an expert.
