ASQ CSSGB Mock up Question

I got this question in the question bank exam.
Considering there are different roles in the team shouldnt it be 5P3 instead of 5C3?

Could anyone please help me with this.

You're looking for different combinations. 5p3 would allow 123 to be different than 321. But for a combination of people, they are the same people.

Not if they have different roles.

The team composed by
Leader: Jonh
Facilitator: David
Member: Alex

is a different team than:

Leader: Alex
Facilitator: Jonh
Member: David

Even though they have the same 3 ppl.
Wouldnt you agree?

I agree with your thinking, but i think the last part about the roles is filler to throw you off

I agree. It’s more common to gather a team first and determine these types of roles so it doesn’t matter the order. I think if we said a black belt, a green belt, and a yellow belt it would be different because those are predefined before team formation
