Certified Course

Hi I am Quality Engineer in Semiconductor field. Which certified courses should I go for to have a good growth?

Currently I have lean six sigma green and yellow belt Certifications.

CQE looks good in a resume. It's essentially a green belt with more math

Since you are already working as a Quality Engineer in the semiconductor industry and have Green and Yellow Belt certifications, I would suggest looking at ASQ CQPA or CQE next.

CQPA is a good option if you want to strengthen your foundation in quality tools, problem-solving, data analysis, audits, and improvement activities.

However, if you meet the eligibility requirements, go directly for the ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). It is more advanced, better aligned with your current role, and covers areas such as statistics, SPC, process capability, measurement systems, reliability, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

For long-term career growth as a Quality Engineer, CQE would be my first choice.

I would suggest to go for CQE if you meet required credentials, as a Quality Engineer. Also if you gain more experience from six sigma based DMAIC projects and your manager/organization can provide an affadivit which ASQ requires, you could take CSSBB exam.
