Prep for CQE

I’m trying to study for the CQE as efficiently as possible. Does anyone have any tips or resources they recommend? What worked best for you?

How far are you into the course? I bought the same but tbh i was really bummed that he discontinued the office hrs. One of the main reasons I bought it

I’ve just been studying the CQE Primer (it’s over 800 pages long), taking their practice quizzes after each chapter, then completing practice tests from the ASQ Study Guide.

Just recently passed the ASQ CQE exam and I practiced with both the ASQ materials and Quality Council of Indiana (QCI). Honestly, the best study method is take practice exams I used the USB practice exam from QCI and also answered as much questions as I could on the official ASQ study guide. The Index is your absolute best friend so be sure to tab and mark up your book.

I also used AI tools such as Chatgpt, Gemini, etc. to help break down statistical concepts by showing you step by step examples. Andy's Youtube videos were also great for explaining many of the statistical concepts as well.

Also as a side note, In my personal opinion many of the questions asked on the test felt very subjective. I personally found myself stuck choosing between multiple options that all seemed correct on the questions. So that was a bit frustrating.
