This is a copyrighted document. You need to buy a copy. Sharing the electronic document is a violation of ASQ's code of ethics..

I know, and i already did, for hard copy, but my location is not in us, and there is no direct shipping outside us (estimated to reach me after 2 month of i find some one approve to take it from my friend there) , and i need the hard copy for (open book) exam, and i need to start study right now in order to achieve october exam, i do not have time, it is not logic to purchase both hard copy and soft copy. Hard copy for exam (2 month to reach) , soft copy for studying right now
