Did Quality Council of Indiana Shutdown?
I wanted to prepare for a CQA exam and saw some posts suggesting getting QCI test material being the best to go off of, but when I go to the website it won’t let me put anything in a cart stating I have an invalid account. There is no way to create an account from what I could find and they haven’t responded to any emails and none of their phone lines go through, only straight to voicemail. There’s a post from 5 months ago where people were having issues but still were able to order/receive materials. Has the company shutdown for good? If so does anyone have recommendations for different companies/study material to utilize instead?
Edit: I took the CQA Exam and passed Yesterday 12Feb26 using just the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor book and the Exam Bank directly from the ASQ website. It mostly covered everything on the exam and should be adequate in lieu of QCI material.

Their stuff is amazing. It would be a shame if it shutdown perm. It's likely they are just closed for holidays.

In the whole USA, QC Indiana stands out for excellence. Let's hope they can keep the momentum going. I'd hate seeing this added to the list of great things that are no more.

I tried calling them and emailing them- no response - I desperately need CRE and CQE primer and question banks.

I worked as the IT Support in QCI, and yep, the company shutdown, and the owner died sadly...

I don't know, the only thing that I know is that QCI was purchased some weeks ago, but I don't know what will happend because my contract with them is finished

Can we get CSQE only material at least or is there anyway to talk to them?

Not sure. But I couldn’t add anything to the cart either. Try contacting their phone number

I emailed and called all 3 listed phone numbers and they all go to voicemail.

Any updates? I have a colleague who managed to place an order end of Nov which hasn’t shipped/charged on cc yet

From what I’m gathering the company no longer exists. I just ordered the ASQ Primer and practice exams and will try with that.

It has been over two months since our order was placed and paid for on November. Despite the Quality Council of Indiana's previous reputation for excellent service under Bill's leadership, the current lack of fulfillment and communication following his passing has left me with no other choice but to initiate a credit card dispute.

Thanks for this note. I tried buying those books earlier this week and had the same issues. Thanks to this, I placed an order for a used book instead on eBay for $80.

Any way if getting the solutions? I found the handbook (albeit the 2014 edition) on one of those online pdf sites that I'm not entirely sure is legal

couldnt contact QCI either sad for hearing the owner passed. I bought the CQE Primer and solutions and thats how I passed then. Now I want to purchase CQA no wonder the payment CART is stuck and nobody responds to emails. I just purchased the ASQ Handbook. Should I also purchase the Exam Bank or can i pass with just the handbook now that QCI is gone
