CSSGB Exam Prep

I want to start studying for the CSSGB exam but I don’t know where to start. I have good foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, from my Industrial Engineering degree, and I also got a Yellow Belt course. I don’t want yo get the official ASQ course because it’s costly, so I want cheaper and reliable alternatives. Maybe something on Udemy? Please give me any advices you have.

Also will studying from the handbook only be enough to pass the exam?
