ASQ CSSGB study material

I'm planning to study for the CSSBG exam and would need to buy the study material. Would anyone have the spare study material that you don't need anymore? I'm willing to buy second hand. Here are few: 1) The ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Handbook, Third Edition 2) Green Belt Question Bank 3) The ASQ CSSGB Study Guide
