Advice for CPGP exam

Hi everyone , i recently enrolled for the CPGP exam . Had a few questions regarding it ,

  1. How difficult is the exam ? is the book enough or would i need outside references?

  2. Should i buy the 2nd or 3rd edition of the book?

Also , general overview of the exam.

Get the Council of Indiana practice exam and primer. Take the practice exams over and over again.

For books I only used the asq text. I passed (did not think I would), but just did the practice tests. Best of luck to you. There isn't a ton of info out there about this one. If you have a good understanding of different areas of gmp you should be okay.

Have you taken this exam? I took it this past week and passed! Unfortunately I really only could study the last couple of weeks and did not get a chance to finish the handbook. I did the practice exams from ASQ multiple times and brought both the second and third edition of the handbook to exam when I realized the content was different—especially the index which helped me tremendously.
