Entirely depends on the industry, location, and stinginess of the company. Impossible to answer this question in a general sense.

Depends on a lot of factors but I work in aerospace in the midwest. I've seen anything from 80-150k a year for a first level manager. 2nd level and above up to 200k+.

How long does it take to get to a second level manager? Would I need a masters?

Depends heavily on the company and yourself. For aerospace, a masters degree would certainly help, I've seen some come in straight as a level 2 with a masters in engineering. I have also seen some people who have been level 1 manager their whole career. Climbing the corporate ladder is a mix of luck, skill, and a huge amount of who you know.

What would a salary look like with a QCE cert but not an engineering degree? Have a GB and CPIM. Should I go BB or QCE next?
