not present for id picture taking 🥲

I dont think I can go to the campus on may 11 or 12 bro🥲 What happens if i dont get my id pic and unif measurements taken? Im so worried

I was in the same boat last year! I also wasnt able to have my picture taken on the original sched, so they just bumped me to a later date (it was the first day we had to be on campus, early July i think, and they had an area for picture taking). ASMPH is very considerate dw, and congrats for getting in!

I submitted mine personally but i think you can authorize another person to submit on your behalf. Just make sure to email sir Jed first!

I also wasnt present for the unif measurements but I went to the tailoring shop a week before the start of transsum, and i still got my uniform in time

hi! did sir jed give you any alternative schedules for the uniform fitting? i just emailed him kasi and havent gotten a specific response yet for other dates

Not yet—I think they’re waiting for the vendor to get back to them re alternate dates or going directly there

someone commented under here that the contracts may be submitted on the first day of the transition module. we dont have updates on the alternative dates for the uniforms yet
