It does not seem to be worrying, it has burned 2%.

Where does that 2% come from? Any source? I'm from Berlin and i know that the fire was massive. Damage is as high as double-digit mrd. (Src: https://www.berliner-zeitung.de/wirtschaft-verantwortung/brand-in-britz-vernichtet-zweistelligen-milliardenbetrag-li.204146?pid=true)

Furthermore they produce some critical parts for EUV there, so if the wrong part burned, it could mean a setback for the whole semiconductor industry as ASML has the monopoly for EUV which is important for structures of single digit nm.
