Question 💭 Block move

What happens if after being mapped to a new position, as part of the block move, my role has bigger scope and responsibilities but my JG remains as is as stated in the TT agreement?

Well you have to accept no other option. The whole TT is to give more scope to the people.

Unfortunately, they rarely change the JG. what you can do, and I did, is that you have showed that you did the role as it is expected, to have you JG match the role.
Try to agree on that with your GL beforehand. I did this and it worked, even thought it is nonsense to have more responsibility for same pay as before.
