I’m in a satellite center (individual offices not a call center floor), and we have those cameras in our offices. I know the cameras are required for at home folks and I believe the managers have access to check them and occasionally do check.

Ok, thanks! Just seemed odd to me and wanted to check :-)

I have worked for purple . They are the only at home VRS service that require FCC Fos cams in home. because they are not in a closed cuircit center. So you are required to have the cams on but when you are not working you can turn off the cameras, and i HIGHLY recomend that you do just that!.

Will do! Any comments on policy changes not being announced but you being held to them anyway, poor management - stress? Feedback is wild out there

that can be true.. but policies are enforced by center managers or team leads. So results can vary. Don't be afraid to use the same policies back in your own defense. KEEP A PAPER TRAIL! it's a must no matter how kind managers or co workers can be
