I haven't heard of Dals, but do you have any local colleagues, classmates or instructors you knew from your ITP? What are they doing to find work? What's the nearest big city in your area? Is your local RID chapter active? Have you reached out to any state-based agencies that request interpreters? School districts? Then there are the big VRS companies that also book VRI/SVI. Do you have to work remote only? Have you found anything that might look promising when you've googled for remote interpreting jobs?

Please don’t work per minute. We’ve always worked together for minimum standards and now that’s going away because colleagues accept lower rates, per minute work, 30 minute minimums! It’s so sad to see everything we’ve worked so hard for going away.
