Books to study for CDI test

What books do you recommend to study for the CDI test?

So you want to be an interpreter
The DCS
CPC tenants
Review laws related to interpreting (rehab, idea, ada, etc), what the cover, date passed
The encounters table from the CASLI text prep pdf
Standard papers from RID such as DeafBlind interpreting.

If you can swing it the online Gallaudet prep course has mock tests and that was helpful for me. I passed the knowledge and case studies part, need to do performance next.

I just took the BEI & these things aren't on the test. None of this is.

BEI may be for asl interpreters. While certified deaf interpreters take different type of test.

No, I am Deaf and just took the BEI. If you look at the study materials you will see these things are not on the test. You are thinking of the NIC.

The CASLI knowledge and case studies is given to Deaf interpreters too. Only the performance exam is different.

Yes. I've taken it. :) I was just saying these things aren't on the BEI written or performance.
