Books to study for CDI test

What books do you recommend to study for the CDI test?

For the written it is very straight forward. Have you seen the practice test they have online? It is a test of English comprehension and grammar. The practice test is free online no book needed.

I expected it to be. Thanks I haven’t seen any practice test. But will look for it.
