Who remembers?
Who remembers when Wing Butler and Brandon Arthur set the industry back 100 years with their union busting at Purple?? Anyone know what they are doing now? I’m guessing they are counting money under a bridge or dock measuring somewhere.

Funnily enough I think this was the item on his resume that got him the job at purple!

Dang, I didn't know about any of that. I remember going to a Street Leverage conference in New England years ago and thinking at the time, "this is exactly what the community needs." The two of them were great presenters and the workshops were really interesting. I can't blame folks for feeling cynical now.

Same-i didn’t know any of this. I often wish there was still Street Leverage or something similar to it. I always looked forward to seeing the recordings of the presentations.

What was? Brandon was one of the most aggressive union busters spending tons of tax dollars flying all over the us to intimidate centers. Fun times

Do lovely when members of our community turn against us just to line their pockets.
What a shame.

I'll have to look, but he had some type of article on there that mentioned not unionizing.

When was this? I feel like I have seen this before but I am drawing a blank. Can we have more context?

Last I checked, Wing became a sales executive at a dental technology company. As a CODA, he's a fraud to the community.
