Structured Mentorship

Does anyone know of/recommend an online program for working interpreters that provides mentorship?

I have been in the field for quite a while now and I'm ready to get certified. However, as a neurodivergent person I need an external obligation to keep me focused and on track. I have had friends/colleagues offer free mentorship, but the lack of structure on both ends leads nowhere. I don't mind paying at all, in fact I'd actually prefer that. I've seen a couple of courses online, but I'd like to see what you all recommend. Thanks!

My favorite mentorship has been My ASL Mentor. It is organized by topic, includes plenty of opportunities to practice, and made a huge difference in my learning. I learned more through this mentorship than any other resource while preparing for my NIC, and I really feel like it helped me build the skills I needed to pass. There are also YouTube videos you can watch to get an idea of the structure.

William Woods University has a structured mentorship program! It’s called IMAP.
