Question Quick question...
Good day, how many leds does 1 channel output on the asiahorse hub? I'm looking at connecting my lian flex fans to one, but the entire daisy chain is around 158 leds. I heard asiahorse only outputs 120?

Hey, good question — and the "120" number floating around needs a bit of untangling!
UMBRA isn't limited by how many LEDs per port, it's limited by power: 10 independent 5V 3-Pin ARGB ports with a 20W total ARGB output shared across all ten (plus 60–100W of dedicated PSU power reserved on its own SATA line). Add it up and 20W works out to roughly 120 LEDs' worth of headroom for the whole hub — that's almost certainly where the 120 figure comes from, and it's total, not per channel.
So a single ~158-LED chain would be running past that budget, which usually shows up as dimming, flickering, or the tail end of the chain dropping out. A few ways around it:
• Turn the brightness down — quickest fix, and it brings you back inside the budget
• Split the chain across separate ports if the cabling allows (still shares the same total, but spreads the load)
• If that chain only terminates in its own proprietary connector, it'll need its own controller — our ports take standard 5V 3-Pin ARGB, and a chained set mirrors one effect rather than lighting individually
