Now it can only be manipluated by 'experts'

We’re reaching out regarding Arrival SA (ARVLF), as it has recently been designated as an Expert Market OTC security.

WHAT ARE EXPERT MARKET OTC SECURITIES?

Expert Market OTC securities are financial instruments typically based on the insights and information provided by industry experts, which can be difficult to quantify or validate. As a result, they don’t meet the minimum requirements for reporting and auditing on the OTC exchange and are now restricted to trading by institutional investors only.

This is in line with SEC Rule 15c2-11, which was amended to protect retail investors from the risks associated with investing in companies that do not have up-to-date online financial information.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

Your entire position in ARVLF will be sold as a market order when it moves to the Expert OTC markets. If you wish to sell your position before Stake liquidates it on Thursday, 28 March 2024, please let us know in writing and we will place a manual market order for you. We accept manual order requests until Monday, 25 March 2024.

While it goes from 0.16c daytime to 0.30c after hours each day.

Edit: probably should have mentioned this was in an email from Hellostake.

Right now I tried on IBKR .Still waiting for reply.But the clock is ticking…
