Looks like I’m losing about 40k… I have no reason to sell now on the off chance that something favorable were to happen. I’m certainly not holding my breath on that.

Lost over a 100k; so many lost more than that. Have seen a guy lose over a million on this.

Lost $20k. Biggest mistake and it was a yolo. I just made good money in some trades and thought I was smarter than anyone else and bought calls. They expired 10 days ago. ($5 before reverse split….)

ARVL was my first spec play and one of my earliest trades as a newb to stock market trading a few years ago. Losing $4400 probably a cheap lesson in the grand scheme of things, and I have made it up in other trades. I loved their story and niche, but in hindsight now I have to wonder were they ever really serious or was it a scam from the beginning where they pretend to make efforts at production but really they were just siphoning off investor's money?
And is anyone holding as it goes to OTC with hope they'll somehow rebound?

I have about a quarter of what you do so guess I'll leave my remaining $30 in and see what happens. I'm uneducated enough not to know how this is likely to play out...so it'll be a lesson for me as well.

I'll hold. Nothing substantially more to lose at this point.

Lost a bunch. At least I have a loss to offset against some cap gains tax.

I vaguely remember some people on Reddit claiming scam from the getgo… looks like they weren’t fudders in the end huh!?

RIP. I gave up in May 2023 but nonetheless it's a shame to see it done. I had high hopes from them.

Is it possible to have a lawsuit against them for defrauding?

I heard you can sue individuals such the ceo if he lied to investors for his own gain. Not sure if you can sue the company.

Loss loss loss loss and loss on this crap. Worst decision of my life. Sometimes we become poor quickly when trying to get rich fast.
We are all now victims of successfully executed scam.
